ACCIÓN LABORAL
ACCIÓN LABORAL is a non-profit organization, born as a tool to develop initiatives in cooperation with the Public Administration and Private Companies to provide coverage in the field of Employment and Training to the needs of job seekers at risk of social exclusion. Its main activity is the Labor Insertion of people in situation of unemployment, especially, those defined as priorities in the National Plan of Action for Employment, understanding: people with disabilities, immigrants, long-term unemployed, low-skilled young people, women, etc.
ACCIÓN LABORAL has developed a working method which allows the organization to carry out programs anywhere and in a clear defined time, achieving very satisfying results. The social purpose our organization is to improve the quality of life, pointing out its efforts to improve the employability.
ACCIÓN LABORAL operates for National and Regional Public and Private Entities according a transparent and verifiable „Code of Business Ethics‟. Our operating procedures are ISO9001 (quality) and ISO14001 (environment) certified. These qualifications support and substantiate our claim to serve our clients independently, qualitatively and responsibly on (inter)national assignments. In 2017 ACCIÓN LABORAL obtained a score of over 400 points in the external EFQM evaluation and consequently the EFQM award.
I&F
I & F Education is an Irish based organisation working in and from Dublin for the educational development of people of all ages, especially in the areas of entrepreneurship and employment, sport and personal development, youth work and schools, language acquisition, digitalisation, inclusion and diversity. We stress and put the emphasis on lifelong learning as well as adult learning. We have a network of specialists for collaboration on projects related to social welfare, psychology, sociology, special educational needs, social policy and innovation, information technology, entrepreneurship and employment, sports, cultural, inclusion and tourism programmes.
SPEL
Founded in 1990, SPEL means “Society for the Promotion of School Establishments”. It was constituted by a group of experienced teachers, who wanted to create schools that would not only teach the students but also assist them psychologically and socially. Therefore they created a school for VET and they strategically located it in a region of high unemployment and social problems. In its 30 years of existence, SPEL expanded its good practices by acquiring participation in other schools located in problematic areas. These schools are now administered by a team with experience in working with youngsters and adults of difficult backgrounds and the principle-of-action is the engagement of all the school staff in providing case-to-case solutions to the problems of the students.
